To download a file, first select the type of file format you want. Instead of left-clicking with your mouse to open, right-click (or option-click) on the link. A pop up menu should then appear in your browser. This menu will give you an option that says 'Save Target As.' Save the file to your computer's hard drive. If you download a PDF file, you will need Adobe’s FREE Acrobat Reader software to view the file. JPEG and TIFF files are ready to be used for the Web or in your layout and word processing programs.

SAVE-AND-PRINT is a feature now available for designated PDF files. When using Acrobat Reader 7 or 8, PDF files with this option can have text added, saved, then e-mailed as an attachment. People using Acrobat Reader 6 may use this option to add text, print and fax or mail. Look for the blue dot to locate files with these features.
